Henna Manufacturing Series- 1 - Highest Level of Henna Leaves Cleaning


Most important part of henna manufacturing is first part of cleaning henna leaves. If the leaves are cleaned properly then we can get fine good quality henna powder. Most traders from other parts of India buy raw crushed henna leaves/powder from Sojat City so its not possible for them to maintain the real quality of henna at further stages of manufacturing as they are already getting half processed henna leaves where as we SM Heena Industries clean the leaves at highest level. We double refine the leaves in our unique machinery which is specially customized to reduce sand content, stems and other impurities from henna leaves. International Standards of manufacturing henna and herbs

We have renovated our factory to come at par with international standards in manufacturing. We are the first supplier from India having such standards of manufacturing henna and herbs. Most of the standardized factories in India only do packing and mixing in clean and hygienic place but it is very hard to find any factory maintaining international standards in all the manufacturing processes like cleaning of henna and herbs, drying, crushing, pulverizing, sieving, mixing, packing etc.

SM Heena is always striving to improve its processing by using technology and efficient management. In fact it is really hard to maintain clean and hygienic process in initial processes of manufacturing like cleaning, drying and crushing of henna and herbs. Initial process of manufacturing is always challenging because of dusty and time taking process. SM Heena accepted it as a challenge and tried to improved the initial process of manufacturing and will be improving more and more in future.

Initial processes of manufacturing are most important to obtain best quality products because these are the processes which only can maintain the overall quality of goods. Retort-able Packing Material-First Supplier from India

We have come up with our new packing material which is retort-able aluminium foil inner side plane vacuum poly. This high grade aluminium foil is generally used for food material only but SM Heena Industries is the first supplier from India which uses retort-able aluminium foil for packing henna powder and other herbs.

This aluminium foil can protect the powders even upto 120 degree temperature. This is the highest standard of packing henna and herbs from India. This foil can protect the the powders till 5 years.
Henna and and herbs are very critical products in terms of moisture, humidity and self life, that is why we have started providing our powders in maximum protected packing.
